By accessing or using Soozani (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Soozani is a cross-stitch chart digitization tool that allows you to upload, annotate, and track your cross-stitch patterns. The App is provided by Daralabs AB, a company registered in Sweden.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App.
4. Your Content
You retain ownership of any content you upload to Soozani. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store and process it solely to provide the service to you. We do not share your content with third parties.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the App, including but not limited to: uploading content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights, attempting to gain unauthorized access to the service or other users' data, or using the App for any unlawful purpose.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
